IBA Japan Public Statement Regarding ACCJ Reforms to the Rules related to the Distribution and Marketing of Foreign-domiciled ETFs

The IBAJ acknowledges the ACCJ Investment Management Committee’s “Recommendation to Reform of Foreign Exchange Traded Fund Regulation” as it contributes to providing investors in Japan with a broader range of investment opportunities.
