• IBA Japan has a number of other groups. These include a bank compliance officer’s meeting (Comolebi-kai), which provides a forum for all compliance officers to exchange information, views, and best practices.
• Our Chief Operating Officer (COO) forum allows members from larger firms to discuss operational and business issues.
• We also have tax and legal working groups who analyse relevant regulatory and market developments, and help form IBA Japan responses to the authorities consultations.
• Our IBA Japan Securities Compliance Forum (ISCF) is a forum intended for our securities firm members to share information and exchange views on securities business.
