Summary:

In the "Basic Policy on Economic and Fiscal Management and Reform 2022" approved by the Cabinet in June 2022, it was decided to promote the development of an environment for the promotion of Web 3.0, including the use of NFT (Non-Fungible Token) and DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) based on blockchain technology. In addition, it has been positioned as a national strategy to expand the use of content, including the metaverse.

On the other hand, the definition of "Web 3.0" is still unclear, and legal issues related to NFT, DAO, and metaverse, which are elements of Web 3.0, are also unclear.

Therefore, in this webinar, the speaker will organize the components of Web 3.0 and explain the material points of financial regulations for Web 3.0 businesses, including NFT, DAO, and metaverse, in a practical manner.
