Clifford Chance Tokyo is pleased to partner with IBA Japan to present on AI and developing risks and regulations. Lawyers from our Tech Group will speak about legal issues relating to commercial use of AI from a legal perspective.

This presentation will cover:

• Developing AI regulations around the world – including Continental European and UK regulations on the different approaches being taken.
• Developing regulations and approaches to AI in Japan
• Challenges to the protection of IP created by use of AI.
• Challenges with data governance and compliance with existing data privacy laws when using AI
