Nicola specializes in regulatory strategy, operational resilience and ESG driven financial and operational risks. With nearly 12 years’ experience in financial services risk and regulation, Nicola’s previous roles include Group Recovery Planning Lead and Group Contingency Funding Planning Lead for two large G-SIBs. Nicola has also done extensive work to support operational aspects of resolution planning.
