With a new U.S. administration taking office, Dr. Shaun Ketch (Deloitte) provided an in-depth analysis of the evolving U.S. economic security policies, including the expanded role of CFIUS and shifts in sanctions enforcement. The session explored key implications for financial institutions in Japan, with a lively discussion on the potential impact of these developments.

Challenges in Japan’s Asset Management Industry (日本語開催)
Deloitte experts Hirokazu Ina, Tomoko Sakai, Hiroshi Maeda, Hikaru Saito, and Hirokazu Yoshida led a comprehensive discussion on regulatory, legal, and tax challenges in Japan’s asset management sector.
