IBA Japan comments on the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Specified Financial Benchmark Administrators

On March 13th 2015 IBA Japan commented on the draft revisions to the Cabinet Order and Cabinet Office Ordinance related to the 2014 amendments to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. These new regulations are to be implemented from May 2015.
