Legal and compliance professionals within IBA Japan member firms and University of Tokyo`s representatives will have a roundtable discussion on practical issues surrounding conflict management. This workshop has been organized by the University of Tokyo, Program on Global Securities Market Law and sponsored by BNP Paribas. The program is led by Professor Hideki Kanda and Professor Hiroyuki Kansaku of the University of Tokyo and supported by Visiting Professors (Mr. Matsuo of Nishimura & Asahi and Mr. Osaki of Nomura Research Institute).
